Nariyal Burfi
Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut - 1
Milk +Malai/cream+Kesar(saffron)- 1 cup (250 gms)
Pistachios - 5 nos
Suger-half of the coconut quantity
Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cardamon powder-1 tsp
Ingredients:

Milk +Malai/cream+Kesar(saffron)- 1 cup (250 gms)
Pistachios - 5 nos
Suger-half of the coconut quantity
Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cardamon powder-1 tsp
How to make Coconut Barfi
1- Take fresh coconuts, remove Brown part of coconuts.
2- Partly Grind it.
3- In the pan along with 2 tbsp of Ghee and melt on medium flam.
3- Add cups of grind coconuts and roast while continuously stirring it on the medium flame for 5 minutes.
4- Add the mixer of milk+malai or cream+kesar and again cook while continuously stirring until it reaches the thick consistency.
5- after 3 to 5 min add suger and cardamon powder and again continuously starring for 5 min.
6- Switch off the flame and set it.
7- Apply ghee on a plate to make it greasy, add the mixture in a plate and spread the mixture evenly.
8- For garnish it with the chopped pistachios and press to fix them.
9- Mark the cutting areas over it according to your deisred size.
10- Leave the barfi for room temperature or fridge for 2 hour.
